At Phoenix Business Center we have conference rooms that can accommodate your events and meetings. In-house tenants can enjoy the service for free, while the customers who are not staying with us can opt out for the service oh the hourly basis. Our conference rooms can accommodate up to 18 people. The meeting rooms are equipped with the screen, speakers, telephone and WiFi.
Along with the mentioned above services we will ensure that the meeting room set-up is completed before your guests arrive, if you send us the request in advance, our customer service representatives will do all necessary print-outs. The guests will be met and greeted by our receptionists and escorted to the meeting rooms. Meeting room hire is inclusive of hot&cold beverages, however if you will require the catering service, we get you covered.
Meeting rooms can be booked on hourly, half-day and daily rates.
